Good evening Ladies & Gents  :smg:

received another beauty today from London - really weird jug made ( mounting ) 1875 by E. H. Stockwell , London and amazed about that interesting glass - passion flowers ?! , so many strange elements - some celtic knots etc etc .. any ideas ?

That's a beautiful shape  :clap:  and I love the curling of the tendrils/petals, gorgeous.
They look like sunflowers with very small centres to me  :-\

Sigh...... beautiful, Tommy!

If there are small cross shapes inside the flower centres they're passion flowers, if not they're more likely to be clematis.
(says she with a confidence she doesn't really feel,  :pb: just waiting for Christine to come along and put me right... again.)

yes, thanks for sharing Tommy  -  we're all going  :mrgreen:........ I might suggest connections with Celtic Revival, the Glasgow School of Art, Macintosh, and the Arts and Crafts and Art Nouveau styles, with a bit of late Gothic thrown in for good measure.        Do you  mean to say you actually have room left in your house for more of these things  -  if you haven't I will gladly care for them for you ;)
