Help please to ID this vase.

Blue vase cased in clear with white trails. Small polished pontil. The clear glass glows a soft green under a UV light.

Height 6.25"
Weight 1206 gm

It's Whitefriars, blue with white enamels streaks range by Baxter. I'm sure you can find them if you google it.
