Ed Iglehart has made some great lamp worked mushrooms, I could not say if this was one of his but Sue has a few and may have a better idea.

Structurally, it's very much Ed's style - with the little ring bit around the stalk, but I don't actually recognise the colourway or surface decoration.

As a teenager, you'd find me at Tristan and Isolde on Wednesday and Uriah Heep on Sunday.
