Signed Fero Murano animal figures plus label
« on: March 03, 2012, 06:58:21 PM »
Greetings all,

I've been searching for any info on these figures, they're quite obviously not Shane Fero and one has what appears to be an old Murano or Italian glass label.
The foil label is badly worn and in the photo it's folded over itself (didn't realize this when I took the photos) I straightened it out as best I could and the first two letters are Cr (script) with the third letter likely an 'o', underneath is what is very likely Fattura, what's after that is unknown.
Both are etch marked Fero, the label obscures most of the signature on the duck.

I attached 4 photos (not sure if they'll show up here or in a gallery).

Anyone recognize the label or have a clue as to the maker?
I saw the previous posts concerning Fero animals and by the description these likely match, but it would seem that those inquiries weren't resolved to anyone's satisfaction. Maybe this label will help?

Thanks for any help!

Daniel

'Fatto a mano' perhaps. It's not an Italian label i recognize so i'll do a bit of searching around....
