well, 'if I'm out and in doubt' - I always buy, just to be on the safe side, and it was only Sterling £1.50 so very cheap. Design wise it's quie a striking piece - with the almost quarry-textured underside - could almost have been inspired by Baxter - and aside from W/Fs I can't immediately think of anything else quite like it, at least in the not expensive category. Not quite sure what you mean by good quality - but it does have appeal - wonder how they arrived at the word Topaz?
