Does anyone have any idea where this tumbler is from?

I have tried collectors of glass and they suggested it might be Bohemian or French but that is as close as I can get.
Any ideas would be very helpful.

Hiya and welcome to the Glass Message Board.

Is it possible to describe the technique? Is it cold transparent enamel, what does the underside look like, how is the rim finished, is it a solid colour amber or what? A photograph would be great - esp. underside and detail. As is, there is very little to tell, we can only speculate.
