id help please blue glass wall pocket vase

greetings,
I'm more a reader than poster and I was needing some assistance with the identification of this wall vase.
Wondering what the age may be as to me it seems relatively old, or how the style would be described, or possibly the country where it was made (the last is probably hopeful). Think its mold blown with a few bubbles near the base. The handle has been added rather than being part of the mold. length about 18cm
Can't find anything similar on the web
