Beak Vase Open Mouth Vase ?
« on: March 17, 2012, 01:56:02 PM »
I tried researching this and came up with Whitefriars or Scandinavian. Not sure its Whitefriars as I couldnt find a clear and also the 'beak/mouth' wasnt as open or extended. It is 30cm in height. Some wear to the base Any clues All.

Hi

The open beak mouth is a classical style used by Formia Murano but the colour is not typical.

I found that with whitefriars there were no clear vases  I wasn't really expecting it to be WF, just a similar style. I checked Murano again with no luck. Is this style called open mouth or beak ?
