That explains my confusion! I saw a beautiful inkwell, whose id is known.

Sorry. I change the pics on my blog since I posted this request. Here is the vase in question. Since I posted, I did get a positive ID that it is Harrach - 3 coloured enamelled.

I agree with you Sue - I am not much for enamelled decor or flowery decor but I have made a few exceptions. This one and these two:
