Identify Heavy Crystal Glass Candlestick with Fixed Bobeches and Six Prisms

Need ID on this candlestick. 8.5" Tall x 5" base. I checked all 3 volumes of the Glass Candlesticks Books and did not find anything like it. I believe there are six prisms on the fixed bobeches. The color is crystal in both photos, the tint is just from my camera, low light and the dust. The mold line is visible and it is a four part mold. These seem like very heavy, chunky molded glass, not fine and elegant.
