doesn't have a ring, so assuming no lead content, and I suspect a pub ale glass from the first third of the C20 - but could be wildly wrong, and the wear could be misleading, especially if it had a hard life in a pub or tavern.     Seems an unusually small ground/polished pontil, and height of 8.5/8" - 220mm is taller than others of this shape I have, and the glass is rather too bright maybe.      Do people think it's Ikea  last year, or genuinely earlier :)    thanks for looking.
