Heavy flower vase.

Hi all,at 26cm and nearly 6lb's it's a bit of a colonel custard in the pantry number,i think it's mostly hand cut and there is some wear to the base,not a piece that would fit easily into a minimalist house though impressive none the less,anyone know what date this maybe and origin ,many thanks
