One of my Romanian bubbly lustred bits has two lugs...... not as neat as yours.
If this does have a rainbowy lustre on it, my thoughts are getting more and more Romanian by the second. It's the lack of carbon-y big bubbles that put me off before.

I'll try to get a pic sometime soon - but v. busy right now!
Cheers, Sue M. (she/her)

If you didn't see anything, there's probably nothing to see.
That's good to know! I looked again and can confirm that I didn't see anything the first time either.

When I bought this orange piece, it had a Made in Romania sticker on it which has now vanished.

Hope these images contribute to further IDing of Romanian glass.

It is through the comments of esteemed members, especially
... Romanian glass has this rough polish on the base of pieces.

... Romanian stuff has this sort of bubble! ... and they are all finished off with a very "bright" rainbowy lustre.
and visual comparison of a/ the base and b/ the way the coloring is done - sorry, I don't know how that is done but it looks almost like that 'fat lava' trapped inside the glass that have made my mind up about the yellow glass being Romanian. However, the orange Romanian glass vase doesn't have a lustre finish or many bubbles. But it did have a sticker.
