Is the application metal? If so it may be one of the Romanian artists, but I can't think which one to suggest or the correct spelling at the mo.  There are a few on the board so a search may bring up some ideas.  I'll have a look round.
aargghh, I'm pretty sure Sue put a list up a while ago of Romanian glass artists but I cannot find it at the moment.
Vadan is one to use for a search and that may bring others up as well.

I can see it is glass with what  i believe is a metalic coating . thanks for looking .
