Uranium glass or chinese

I called in at a car boot sale that I never usually go to and bought this. Its supposedly uranium glass but by who. I have been looking all morning.
1ts 20 high and the base has an unpolished or frosted rim

The only way to know if it's uranium glass is to check it with a UV torch.

Not aware of Chinese uranium glass.

Photos 2 and 3 (more importantly) don't blow up much bigger when mouse-overed. But from what I can see, on the base alone, Id say it's looking Chinese, or possibly Romanian. But I'd like a closer look at the centre (pontil) as I really can't see it that well.
