ID help with signature to base of LC vase please
« on: April 16, 2012, 07:52:33 AM »
Hi again, I'm back with  another puzzle  :-*

It is so tantalisingly nearly ledgable, on the base of a beautiful lead crystal vase that had me thinking Orrefors before I even picked it up.

Anyway, hoping someone might recognise it and be able to point me in the right direction

Have attached two pics (with talcum) one indoor, one outdoor and this is really the crispest I can get with my point and click kodak

thanks as aways and looking forward to some further discussion,  Mel

Strombergshyttan, also a Swedish glassmaker, the B denotes a vase and the first number the pattern no, which looks to be from the mid/late 1960s.
No idea what the second number refers to yet. Can we have a photo of the whole vase please and some dimensions?

John
