glass bottle with canes i.d help please

Hi
    was wondering if anyone knew who may have made this glass bottle, which has  green and adventurine and canes in it, base looks well finished , bottle seems well made ,

Hi

Those millefiori canes look Murano to me.

The style of the base and the swirl of adventure in the stopper back this up.

Hi, the colours and design look very much like mdina, but im not sure that they produced these bottle weights with canes???
