Can anyone help identify the attached bottle/decanter with 6 small glasses.

Height of bottle is 16.5cm without stopper, 22cm with stopper. Glasses are 6.5cm high

I would think it may be Israeli glass.  that sort of painted effect on the outside is typical with Simron & other glass from Israel.

There is an American glass company that has been making similar looking glass since the 1980's.  The pieces I have seen have foil labels and are rather light weight.  The company is called Rueven Art Glass.  They claim they change there designs and each item is unique.  Currently they are not making anything similar to yours but I own a vase that has a similar design.  Might be worth sending them a picture to see if they would lay claim to it.

Looks like Israel to me. Try a search on this board for Ilanit and Israel and Simron as Ross suggested
