Yes, it looks like Murano glass. It is a decoration that is sometimes called tutti frutti. The decoration was used by several Murano companies.

I would say this is Murano as well. A.V.e.M 'Tutti Frutti' is the most sought after, but this doesn't look like that factory. I have some, and some that are close like yours.
