No 80's on the measurements of the lamp. The Glass is 43 cm tall with the light fixture the lamp is 74 cm tall. No other measurement on cm or mm come close to 80. So I guess the 80 will remain a mistery for now.

I wouldn't fret about it. Lamps are a peculiarity all on their own, and always desirable.
