Large teardrop sculpture ID help

13 x 5 inches and very heavy. Has brown sommerso with darker brown threading. Also has tons of little bubbles( if that helps with the attribution ). Previous owner purchased in 80's from someone else, so not sure how old. thnx for looking and forgive me if the terminology is incorrect.
