Possible Vasart V030?
Frank:
Vasart colour guide is pretty useless, to create a decent one, like the Monart, it will need someone who can photograph a lot of Vasart in consistent lighting. I certainly do not have enough Vasart to do this.
Pkay:
Hi,
Gary, I'll try to get the vase listed this week, time permitting, and post the details on the 'market place' board, or if you'd prefer to be emailed just let me know.
As Frank says, it's not easy to tell the colours from the Vasart chart.
I'll just describe it as best as I can and let people see it for themselves. This vase also appears darker towards the base, then as you move up the vase there seems to be more of the white showing through.
Frank, I'll have the scans to you within the week hopefully.
Thanks again, & I'll keep you well informed.
Pete.
millarart:
Hi Pete,
just send me an email that would be great, any idea what you expect for it?
Gary
KevinH:
Regarding the production of a decent Vasart colour guide, I may be able to assist with photography as I now have a portable lighting studio (and what seems to be a decent method of correcting colour casts) that will just about guarantee consistency.
What I lack, though, is plenty of Vasart. Anybody in the UK have the items?
