(Themed) glass displays - show me yours, I'll show you mine... part 4
Anne:
Monika, I do like your blue/clear perfume bottle in the third image.
essi:
Not the most important thing in the world at moment, just some light relief.
Had a bit of time today and decided to change the accumulation of glass on top of the bookcase.
Feel free to comment.
All the best and keep well.
Tim
chopin-liszt:
;D ok. I love your two decanters.
And I remember the cow plates that match your jug. Oval-ish rectangles.
Exactly what you needed for the steak, peas and chips you had after a prawn cocktail starter and before the Black Forest Gateau pudding, in the '70s. ;D
glassobsessed:
I have not viewed this topic for a long time, looks like it might take me days to catch up!
Tim, who made the vase on the far right in your photo? It has the look of a bit of Sofiati.
John
essi:
Thanks for the kind words Sue, I thought I would get told off for having some ceramic in the picture :).
The cow milk jug is Arabia designed by Kaj Franck.
The decanters are Spanish cut James Powell.
John, I have tried my hardest and looked in my Swedish glass factories book to convince myself it is a Sandvik product(i'm into that glass at the moment).
To be honest the name you suggested I don't know but I will be having a look round on the net later.
Thanks again
