Is this a Bagley Frosted Glass Trophy Vase?

Hello everyone,
                         Does anyone recognize this lovely trophy shaped vase/bowl? It is a frosted glass appearance with the lovely moulded birds on a chrome stand.
Grateful for any help with an I.D!
