Any ideas on this? I don't know where to start to track this down. I am guessing Bohemian Moser, but don't really know much about it. I also don't know if it is a candle holder or shot glass or what. It is 2" diameter and 3" tall.

possibly Egermann who pioneered this amber flashing in the 1820s and has been producing ever since. There is no telling just when this piece was made, but I suspect mid to late 20th century.
