Smoke Glass & Teak Cheese Dome/Denmark- Holmegaard?
« on: June 28, 2012, 02:41:53 PM »
I've seen a few cheese domes on the internet attributed to Hadeland and Benny Motzfeldt, but those examples don't appear as delicate.  This glass dome also has a bubble in it's top.  Does anyone know if Holmegaard made these?  Thanks.

It'd be worth a browse through Peter's Holmegaard page here:

Thanks, Anne.  I peruse that site fairly regularly when I'm trying to identify stemware.  It's quite extensive.  I thought I remember seeing a cheese dome there when I first visited the site, but I think it was under a sub heading and I can't recall which service.  I guess I was just trying to save some time to see if anyone recalls seeing one too.
