Satin/frosted glass ruffled top "Hand" vase - American?

The vase measures 24cm at its tallest. No makers marks to the base. It was advertised as American glass, I guess depression possibly.

Never say never but I've seen these too often to believe in american glass. I'd sooner blame Legras for this.

It certainly resembles the large Portieux hand vase from the 1908 catalog. Ken
