It looks like the same colourway as this Tricorn bottle: https://picasaweb.google.com/Johnmj100/EarlyMdinaGlass#5611797655179887666 and this Inside Out: http://www.glassmessages.com/index.php/topic,27152

Not easy to see on either as the glass is thick and they both appear somewhat dark in photos. The 'lines' on the inside of both are green and purple - I can see the dark green lines on the inside of your side stripe are there purple ones too? You may have to get your eye very close to see the colour clearly through the dark blue.

Quite a rare colourway, I have only seen a couple of other items in it. ;D

Yes, it does have purple stripes. It took some really close peering but there they were!

That thread was fascinating to read and had some lovely pictures contained within. My want list has grown accordingly.  ;D

I think an early fish may prove to be a major challenge though!

So for this colourway that is Tricorns, Inside Outs and now Sidestripes, there must be other shapes too.

Mark Newsum has a very nice early Fish vase for sale (he had two at the National but I bought the other one), here it is: http://www.newsumantiques.co.uk/page85.html

Wow that is stunning and very small.

He has some gorgeous pieces of Mdina. Love the photography.
