not much depth to the green, but guarantee glows well. Machine acid etching showing what appears to be a back to back upper case P on a shield background. Without any pontil mark etc., and assume as from the mould finish to the foot, which shows small amount of wear. Haven't a clue as to origin, and am thinking date wise probably first half C20, but really not sure - I understand that as a process this form of decoration lasted until the middle of the C20. The motif of a hotel, or similar, perhaps, but probably not an early promotional item from Pretty Polly

Height is c. 7" - 180mm, and rings quite well when flicked. Would welcome any thoughts and thanks for looking
