Hi, a frosted bowl in the style of Lalique/Sabino but neither.  need help ID'ing it.  Has moulded roses and leaf decoration, roses as the feet, and hopefully you can see the partial signature in one of the pics.  Sure someone will know know it immediately, but not my area so I don't!

looks like a blue satin rose bowl by Jobling and I think that says REG APPLIED FOR - but dont quote me on it someone who knows far more will be along soon  ;D
