Very heavy pressed comport, inscribed.

18 cm tall, 17 cm diameter.

Inscribed using a copper wheel "With S. Hazleton's compliments".  Looking on FreeBMD, there were two male S. Hazletons born in the UK in the appropriate timeframe who might have given the piece, one born 1859, one born 1898.  I'm assuming that a woman of that name and period would have used "Mrs".

No maker's mark, symbol or RD number.

Does anyone recognise the design?  Ta.
