Topic: ID help, scandinavian? vase

Hi!
I found this vase in a fleamarket and need your help to identify it. I'll be grateful for any information and suggetions you have about it.

The vase is 45 cm tall.
The base is 9 cm across the part that looks sanded.
The rim is about 6x10 cm (across x long).

I suspect it's scandinavian because it was found in Norway, but I'm not sure of this.
