No, it just looks a little like it in the base shot - perhaps a reflection.
I was just looking up Hawkes as I remember someone saying (Kristi?) on my engraved sherbert, that American cut glass makers also did that leaves and daisy pattern.  But I can't remember any other American makers

Well having seen the nopp , foot and a better picture i am changing my thoughts . I am well overdue an eye test . jp
