That will depend on the shade of green - UV light is purple (hence the name - violet) and if this purple light turns really bright day-glo green, then it's uranium. If it's only a faint green glow, it will be manganese.

If it does not glow a lot, it does not contain uranium. Sounds like it contains manganese (this gives a dull greenish yellow glow), which was commonly used as a decoloriser even in coloured glass. The pre-war versions probably contained uranium; the post-war ones won't
