I agree these are most likely Chinese or Taiwanese liuli pieces. By that I don't mean Liuligongfang nor Tittot; as others have commented these makers products are almost always marked. However, there are many less well known producers of liuli (pate-de-crystal) hereabouts who make unmarked pieces. 

That said, pieces like this could be made anywhere. Sculpting the original models is the hard part, the rest of the process is fairly easy to replicate.
