This one has no makers' mark.  Looks like it could have been part of a set with glasses.  The gold splotching on the bottom half is wearing off.

Anyone with an id - your help is appreciated. :)

11" tall x 5" at widest diameter (not including handle) x 3" bottom diameter
handle: 6" tall
