Midcentury Modern Cased Pedestal Bowl or Not?
« on: February 13, 2013, 07:32:26 PM »
I would appreciate any thoughts as to the era and/or maker of this cased pedestal bowl.  The piece is 7" tall, the base is 3" wide and the top is 9" wide.  The base appears to have been ground smooth and the interior is a uniform light coffee/tan (sorry about the lighting).  I'm finding it more difficult to date glass as the quality of new massed produced pieces improves.

Thanks,
Jeff
