Topic: Flower Frog/ centerpiece

I bought these two pieces in a job lot and thought they might fit together but they don't. Anyone have any ideas who might have made these and what they fitted on?

The vase fits into the September Morn/Windy Wendy frog.I bought the same vase in blue with frog in a float bowl.
Don't know what those other pieces are from I'm afraid.
