I don't believe we know who this maker is yet. This sort of glass is often misdescribed as Monart or Ysart glass, which it isn't.
Frank here (a very respected member of long-standing here, who knows his stuff, Monart and Ysart glass in particular) has coined a phrase to describe it - Cellophane glass.
If you do a search of the board for "cellophane", you should be able to see just about everything we have discussed on this kind of glass.
It's very lovely and well-made. We'd ALL love to know who made it - it has eluded us for years and years.
