Topic: Orange Flecked Centre Bubbles Paperweight

I know not everything that turns up in Perth was necessarily made in Perth
but
this did turn up in Perth and the flecks in it are, to my far from expert eyes, awful similar to flecks I have seen in Perth made glass. More than happy to accept the flecks could equally be typical of Murano or anywhere but any advice would be appreciated.
This measures 3 1/2ins wide x 2 1/4ins high and weighs 722g. It has a polished base with some scratching indicative of age. The glass seems to have a yellow tinge although I know the orange-ish centre could make it look yellowish.
