According the Estonian version of Wikipedia, Maks Roosma, the founder of the Estonia art glass, studied in Czechoslovakia before WW II. I wonder if he maintained contact after the war, as a few of the pieces in Anik's links look influenced by Skrldovice. I suppose, given the geographical location of Estonia, Aseda or Magnor could also be the influences.
