Lady flower frog and bowl ID help please ?

Hi , I came across this today and presume they are correct together , I thought Walther and Sohne when I first got it but I can not find it , has anyone here any idea who made this set please ? Many thanks for any help , Dave from Ireland.

The lady frog measures 6" high and the bowl is 10" across !

I'm Very happy to see that the two belong together and "Southern Belle" is a fitting name . I shall live in hope for the maker :)
