I took the liberty of sending your photos to Lee Marple (author of the Phoenix book).  He indicated that the colors and optic pattern match Phoenix products exactly including the way the drape pattern starts on the pitcher base.  His guess is that this piece was made at Phoenix on a non-production basis.  Of course if dozens appear, then there would be suspicions but I really don't think that will be the case.
