Pressglas-Korrespondenz published the 1925 Poschinger catalogue some years ago. Although it doesn´t
show the shape of this vase it shows pieces with the identical technique and cut pattern, so I don´t doubt
the attribution anymore.
So - Poschinger for sure, but possibly a bit later. When I come to think about it I wouldn´t be surprised if
they had already been made some years earlier also. German Art Nouveau can be a bit less floral and more
geometrical, especially where influenced by the Darmstadt school.
Craig, I´m sure you´ve seen at least vaguely similar pieces, e.g. from
Georg Carl v. Reichenbach
or those pieces with irregular green threading and blue blobs.

Great info....  I will look at the catalog.....

Loetz also made a threaded decor with applied "prunts". Less geometric, but similar to pieces shown in the Reichenbach link.
