Hi there, can anyone confirm (or not) if this bowl is likely to have been made by Stevens and Williams, many thanks for your help.

Hello and welcome to the board :)
I would have said it's possible your bowl is Bohemian.  It might be the bottom of a lidded pot or box and may be missing a lid but it's difficult to tell sometimes.
Is it possible to see a clear picture of the crimping around the side including a picture of the 'flower' on the crimp please? Is it a flower?  often I see these with a shell shaped type crimp but yours looks as though it might be a whole flower.
I have a Stevens and Williams Mat-su-noke vase and can add a picture when you've done that, to compare the clear flower.

Thank you so much very grateful for any info.
I was going more by the pattern and colour used because it looks very similar to S & W I have researched. Albeit these were on ebay via google image search so they may have it wrong.  :)

Hi jan, I start searches the same way but with lots of help and lots of advice on here have learnt its an ok place to search but to use it as a starting point only. Then search for something to back it up. This site is a good start for searches with just a few key words but be careful as it is soooo easy to get distracted and end up reading and following threads for hours.  ;D ;D  It's been noticed that on eBay if its not known its called Murano  ;D ;D. Welcome to the GMB
Pete. :-)
