Bohemian? Art Nouveau Green Vase with Gilding.

To me, this looks like an old European piece Circa 1910 or so.  The gold is not thick as in new pieces.  Pontil is smooth and I find no numbers or letters on the base.  About 9" tall.  I have not found this big of a trumpet  style top on a Bohemain piece however.  Thanks for any help
