Swirlling Peacock Colours Vase I.D??

Hello all, I picked up this very pretty vase, has all the colours you would see on a peacocks tail, appears to be single stands all beautifully swirling, polished pontil with ripples around it, with rolled, smooth rim, weighs over 1kg and near 10" tall and 5 ¼" on rim. Thanks for any ideas as to maker Simon
