1930's glass vase that I can't identify - please help
« on: April 25, 2013, 05:38:04 PM »
Hi Guys,
I have this 1930's glass vase, with hand painted decoration - unfortunately the signature has been worn right off. Height :22 cm's.
Please help. I would be most grateful for any help or information

I'm not very good on these, but possible names to search for might be ADelatte (Andre Delatte) or Marcel Goupy (although I'm not sure the Goupy sig would fit with what you have left) or maybe Quenvitt perhaps?
I think it is most likely French.
Someone hopefully will be able to help you out more precisely :)
Beautiful vase.

and sorry :)
I've just realised you collect French glass so you will have known all this anyway :)

Hi M,
Thank you for your notes, I'll certainly follow them up.
Much appreciated
