Hi , I found this in Wales , The closest I have come so far is a blenko Lava design but it is not the same , the base has has been cold ground but with no visible sign of a pontil mark , there is also a pattern left from a wooden mould on the base .

There is plenty of wear to the parts of the base upon which it rests . Any help here as to maker would be great , Many thanks i advance , Dave.

weighs 39.5 oz or 1.12kg and measures 7 1/2" at widest point by 2 14" high

Hi there, and Welcome  :)

Not sure of the maker...but might these look the same?  *See HERE

Not sure if that will point you in any directions or not.......but worth a shot.

Thanks
