yes,  I realised afterwards but  I'd just not got time to let you know if you weren't reading the thread. So a definite id :)

thanks Mel :)
Dirk, no you didn't - discussion on Christine's vase got rolled into my thread on small gold iridescent vase which I've just bumped, during a discussion of the iridescent finish and Loetz Olympia.  We had worked out it was a Fritz Heckert shape but weren't sure if it was made by Fritz Heckert, or by Loetz or Josephinenhutte.  The information from Stefano's book confirms it was made by Josephinenhutte :)

I have found a couple of FH vases with prunts, one with lion head prunts and another with a different type of prunt but none the same as mine so far.

I'm wasn't sure why the decor was called 'bronze' cypern when the vase is blue, but the iridescence is bronze coloured so I suppose it must refer to the iridescent finish rather than the base colour of the glass?

bingo!
This one sold through Fischer's auctions but I can't find it on a Fischer's search - it must have sold before they started putting archive auctions on or perhaps they only go back so many years and this was before it.

it's the same shape and it has the prunts but different decor :)  It's pale green with enamel and signed in enamel on the base F. H. 465/6
sold 17 October 2009 so before their records are online for.
